Animated GIFs from Adobe Premiere and ffmpeg

I've been working on a Windows machine for the past few weeks. One thing I was stuggle to find was a replacement for GIF Brewery on the Mac. I treid a few things, but nothing worked as well. I ended up messing around with Adobe Premiere and ffmpeg to put a workflow together. It's doing pretty well.
